Join Author and Ayurvedic Yoga teacher, Katie Manitsas, for an evening of awakening and unfolding of living a mindful, spiritual life.

Mindful Living draws from yogic philosophy and foundations to inspire an invitation towards bringing conscious spiritual practices in your life.

Katie shares sacred practices to cultivate a spiritual devotion and outlook into life, focused on meditation, intention setting, prayer and chanting as well as routines for honoring the energy body, working with the elements, eating food with kindness and daily rhythms to soothe the soul.

For everyone, Mindful Living offers tools for growth and reformation that will allow you to experience deeper self-confidence and a powerful intuition arising in your life.
